Easy Installation
Loosen Tension Knob
Loosen the tension knob at the bottom to release the telescoping spindle rod.
Set Desired Height
Adjust the rod height to match your film roll size (13" to 20") and align with core position.
Insert Film Roll
Place the stretch film roll into the supporting shaft securely.
Attach Handle & Tighten
Install the top handle and re-tighten the tension knob to secure all parts in place.
Instruction
Step 1: Anchor the Film
Squeeze the end of the stretch film into a loose rope-like shape, then insert it through and around one corner of the pallet to secure the starting point of the wrap.
Step 2: Begin Wrapping
Wrap the film around the pallet while adjusting the dispenser’s grip as needed to control film tension. This ensures secure and consistent wrapping according to your load requirements.
Step 3: Lock and Tear
Once the pallet is fully wrapped, pull the film tightly around the final corner, lock the grip, and pull again to cleanly tear the film and finish the wrap.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days, with NorthSky covering all return shipping costs.
Products must be in new condition, and additional details or photos may be requested. Returns that don’t meet the criteria may face fees, be ineligible for a refund or qualify for store credit.
Once you’ve initiated a return from the “My Orders” section in your account, you will receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and approval of the returned items.
