If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, NorthSky offers a hassle-free 30 day return policy on the vast majority of our products with some conditional exclusions. Upon initiating an eligible return, you will receive a return shipping label in your email with instructions on how to process your return. All return shipping charges will be covered by Northsky. Return refunds will be credited to the method of payment for the purchase upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned products at our warehouse.
Return process
To initiate a return on a recent order, visit the ‘My orders’ section of your user account page (www.northskysupply.com/account/orders) and select the order for which you would like to initiate a return From the order details page, click the ‘Request a return’ hyperlink and fill out the associated return details. Upon completing the return process on our website, you will receive a return confirmation email in your inbox with the return label and associated return instructions. After the product has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund for all returned products.
Exclusions
· Returned products must be in new condition
· Additional details/photos may be requested for approval
· Returns that do not meet the exclusion criteria may be subject to specific return fees or deemed ineligible for a refund but may be eligible for a store credit
