Enjoy free standard ground shipping on most orders of $75+. Orders under $75 incur a flat $5 shipping and handling fee. Exceptions for oversized items will be clearly noted. Orders placed by 2:30 PM local time typically ship the same day, with delivery in 1-2 days within the contiguous U.S. Orders placed after 2:30 PM ship the next day, with expected delivery in 2-3 days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Most of our products are eligible for hassle-free return within 30 days, with NorthSky covering all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method upon receipt and approval of the returned items. To initiate a return, visit the "My Orders" section in your user account. Choose the order, select "Request a return" and enter your details. You will receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label and instructions.
